Our focus has changed over the years.  We have gone from strictly a sewer and drain cleaning company, to a general plumbing repair company, to an underground sewer repair, replacement and rehabilitation company in the middle 90's.

Here in the last 8 years, Mico / Advanced Trenchless has seen the desperate condition of those sewers that are over 25 years of age.  They are made up of a host of different materials that include, clay, orangeberg, terracotta and cast iron to name just a few. All of these materials are subject to degradation over the years, with root infiltration and faulty joints being the worst offenders.  When buying or selling a house you should know the condition of what your getting into just like you would of the roof, termite or dry rot condition now. 

Advanced Trenchless can inspect your sewer with the latest in video camera inspection equipment and tell you the condition of your sewer.  With our vast experience over the last 29 years, we can advise you on the likelihood of its eventual failure or need for replacement.
